Mirrors renovationCost: entity column, 3 DTOs (CreateLeadRequest/ UpdateLeadRequest/LeadDTO MortgageFieldsDTO + LeadDTO builder), LeadService create/update passthrough, and a LeadHistoryFieldRegistry descriptor (mortgage.sellerCredits).
