Add sslConfirmed/sslConfirmedAt fields to OrgDomain and DomainDTO

Adds two new fields to OrgDomain entity and DomainDTO to track SSL certificate confirmation status after the auto-cert service issues a certificate. Also adds setSslConfirmed() helper to DomainService.
