Add the application-site homepage

Renders the org's primary application at "/" instead of only at /loan/mortgage/{productId}: resolves the org from the request Host (same by-host lookup the branding route uses) and renders the existing LoanApplicationPage component directly, so the address bar stays at "/". No org for the host, or no primary application set (e.g. the shared apply.kamocrm.com), is a 404.
