Add WebSocket authentication via *** cookie handshake interceptor

Add WebSocketAuthInterceptor that reads *** cookie on handshake, resolves session via KSessionService, and stores memberId/orgId in WebSocket session attributes. Set Principal on STOMP CONNECT for downstream presence and notification features.
