The client for an AI member's state, pause/resume/retire, hiring checklist and retry, seats, the organization's workforce controls and the platform kill switch, plus four relays to SecurityService. A relay refuses a . or .. segment with 404 before forwarding: encodeURIComponent leaves dots intact and the URL fetch builds would resolve them above the relayed prefix.
