Align filter row with columns and fix status filter

- Position filter row absolutely in floating filters space (48px height) - Add syncFilterRowWidths function to match column widths dynamically - Sync widths on grid ready and column resize events - Fix status filter to apply to both status and subStatus fields - Include all child sub-statuses when filtering by parent status - Set floatingFiltersHeight and headerHeight to 48px - Reduce padding in filter inputs for better alignment - Filter row now stays locked to column widths
