An account note names the member who wrote it, not "System"

GET /customers/{uid}/notes sent each note's authorMemberId but no authorName, and the account view shows a note with no name as written by the system — so every note a member wrote read "System". The authors are now named from one read for the whole list: their name, else their alias, never their id. A system note, or one whose author is gone, stays nameless as before. The id travels as a string, as it did; the account view uses it to open the author's member card.
