Any successful write under /mortgage-apps/{uid} queues an outbound sync, and a loan with no link was then created in the provider whatever its age — so editing a loan made before the connection was turned on would add it to Arive or MeridianLink. The automatic path now draws the same line as the "new in Kamo" sweep (created at or after syncSince); a person can still send an older loan with Resend. Also proves the new bounded LoanFileRepository queries on this service's Hibernate 6.2, where Spring compiles them at startup.
