LeadImportController created every row with the two-argument createLead, so a lead's history said source API with nobody acting, exactly like one sent in through the vendor intake API. Nothing could tell an import from an integration, and drip campaigns that start on "a new lead arrives" offer the choice between leads added by hand, imported, or from integrations. Rows are now created with source IMPORT. Built against kamo-shared-library b5b56d6d, whose lead history also hands new leads, status changes, reassignments, credit claims and new member accounts to the drip engine.
