The 10-minute refresh (I3) and an admin's test evicted the pooled client before listing, which dropped a legacy SSE stream or DELETEd a Streamable HTTP session under in-flight ext_* calls: a READ failed as UPSTREAM_ERROR and a person's write as OUTCOME_UNKNOWN (SP05 final review M7, SP98-K-3). A test now lists on a client of its own. It joins the pool only when the pool holds none for the config or one for another URL, transport or header set; otherwise it is closed and the pooled client stays. A failed test closes it and, as before, drops the pooled client.
