Live check in sp00verify: the picture was fetched and its object written, then the dat's final 'published' save failed (JpaSystemException) because the background thread has no open session and the organization and dat were detached between storeContentAddressed's repository calls; the row stayed isMissing (dedup never matches such a row). The store now runs in a single REQUIRES_NEW transaction: everything stays managed, and any failure rolls the dat back with it. The retry log line now carries the exception.
