An open contact's panel fits a window narrower than 1200 px, so its Save is on screen (SP97 T9)

Below lg the panel is the row's full width so it stands in for the list, but from md the books sidebar stays beside it and the panel could not shrink: it ran 288 px past the window's edge with its close button and the editor's right-aligned Save. In a 1050-px window Save sat at x 1241-1322, and an SI that typed an email into a saved contact could never save it. The panel now yields to the sidebar below lg and keeps 400 px from lg up.
