A domain is optional when an organization is created, but every transactional letter such an org sent threw "has no domains; cannot build NoReply from-address" before the platform-address fallback was reached. A member added to a domainless org therefore never received the address verification or a password-reset letter, and could never sign in. A domainless org now sends from the platform NoReply under its own name, with no Reply-To (it has no address of its own); a blank domain row counts as no domain. The template preview no longer refuses such an org either.
