CP97 Task 17's Luna compare found a live SI's own My Master Note, written before KamoCollab, carrying sensitivity MEMBER after one of her own appends in an AUDIT org: label on write sent the level of an internal source **************** CP05 D4, CP-D41), and NoteLabelFields stored it because the note's null level did not compare equal, though a note with no level already reads as exactly that. A pre-program note of a live SI gained a stored label with no change in effect, against master R1-1/R1-35. NoteLabelFields.decide now treats that echo on an existing note with no level as no change: nothing is stored. A higher level is still raised, a new note still takes the level it is given, and a lower one is decided as before. Tests: AiLabelFieldsDefaultLevelTest (RED: MEMBER stored, then GREEN 4/4); the label, append, memory and notes tests around it pass (26 classes, 299 tests) (ruling CP97-T17-2, CP07 spec §7)
