The run's own wake (RequestVerifier.inferFromRun) is the request for a call to a colleague, but someone outside the org is rung on a teammate's name, with no consent asked and no approval, only when the teammate asked for a call: a request the SI cited, or a wake whose words ask for one (call, ring, phone, dial; llamar, appeler, ligar, anrufen). "How did the demo go?" no longer lets an SI ring a customer on its author's standing. VerifiedRequest now carries the words the verifier read (the chat message, the task's title and description, or the comment). Tests: **************** PhonePack*, RequestVerifierTest, ToolCallPipeline*, PerceiveThenRequestTest, McpToolJsonTest, ToolListParityTest: 172 green.
