Without a matrix covering a scenario's occupancy and purpose, pricing returns NO_COVERAGE — so before this, only a purchase of a primary residence could be priced. The form authors a matrix and its cells for a chosen limit kind, occupancy and purpose, with add/remove cell rows, alongside the lock-policy form in the same panel. Leaving the product unset authors one matrix per ACTIVE product of the investor, because the matrix's product scope is NOT NULL and cannot express "all products" as a single row.
