Auto-create standard IMAP folders for every mailbox

Dovecot now subscribes Drafts, Sent, Junk, Trash and Archive on first open with SPECIAL-USE flags so EmailService and the UI see real folders instead of client-side placeholders on mailboxes that only had INBOX.
