Back arrow in header returns to /leads

Add an optional backHref/backTooltip to SettingsView that renders a white back arrow left of the title, and wire the CRM settings page to send the member back to /leads. Tooltip reuses the existing localized leads.view.header.backToBrowser ('Back to leads') string.
