bootstrap.sh creates the master account, promotes it to reseller and writes the non-secret platform configuration. Idempotent: a second run detects the existing account and only refreshes config. It deliberately does NOT write the administrator password to the database. That must be entered once in the platform settings UI, which encrypts it with PlatformSecretCipher; writing plaintext into the column would bypass the cipher entirely. README records the two constraints that are not style choices — q=8 as a one-way door, and ecallmgr's mandatory co-location with FreeSWITCH — plus why the edge is scaled to 0.
