- StateChip/Kicker (patients, knowledge base, attendance, chat policies): the ink is the tone's own hue with its OKLCH lightness capped (light) or floored (dark), measured >= 4.5:1 on every tint and on every stored org primary; StateChip no longer resets its 11/12 px size with the font shorthand. - Dark mode: a primary that does not reach AA on the dark surfaces is lifted for text uses (text and outlined buttons, links, tabs, icon buttons); contained buttons keep the brand fill. --color-primary-ink for the brand as text on light surfaces (eyebrows, calendar accent, contacts scope). - KamoAgGrid: the header, pinned and sticky strips only mirror the body's scroll; overflow-x hidden everywhere so axe scrollable-region-focusable no longer fires on them (body keeps its scrolling). - AgentSelector multiple (and GuestsField through it): a group with a real add button, so the delete chips are no longer nested in a role=button. - UnitNumberField: outside changes adjusted during render, no setState in an effect.
