BillingService, EmailService, KamoLOS and SecurityService now run two pods, each having put its shared-effect scheduled sweeps behind a distributed lease first. Between them that covers the work where running twice would have been most expensive: charging a customer, debiting a bank account, sending a campaign, and refreshing an OAuth grant.
