Call Log recordings play in the shared Media Player window

The Listen button opens the existing media-player tool window instead of a second inline player. The tool gains a callLogId source for recordings the phone provider keeps, streamed through VOIPService's Call Log audio route. CallRecordingPlayer is removed.
