Two ways to see a call you promised to make without opening the lead. On the calendar, a callback gets its own line item rather than looking like any other appointment — a call you owe someone is a different kind of obligation from a meeting you agreed to attend, and a view that renders them identically makes you read every title to tell them apart. The month view collapses a day's calls into one line reading how many there are, because a cell fits about three chips and a busy morning of calls would otherwise push every meeting under a "+4 more". The week view names it "Lead Callback" and puts the lead in the hover, since the block is a few characters wide at that zoom. The day and agenda views have room for both and show both. On the leads list, a lead with an outstanding call carries a phone marker in the pinned id cell, coloured by how pressing it is: grey a day or more out, amber today, red once the time has passed with nobody marking it contacted. Overdue pulses, which is the state worth catching while scrolling. More than one call on a lead shows a count. Urgency is read in calendar days rather than elapsed hours, because that is what "today" means to the person reading the list: a 9am call tomorrow is not urgent at 5pm today though it is sixteen hours away, and a 9am call today is urgent at 8am though it is one hour away.
