Canonical e-sign signer templates (verification + invite)

Add two platform-wide canonical email templates seeded lazily per org: - esign.signer_verification (step-up OTP: {{code}}, {{name}}) - esign.signer_invite (signing invite: {{name}}, {{sender}}, {{message}}, {{link}}) Wire them into CanonicalTemplateLoader's key list + resources so EmailService.seedForOrg picks them up on first send. Enables live OTP/invite delivery for the e-sign flow (was best-effort no-op without the templates).
