Certificates name people by name and email, never by member id

The Executed Package Certificate and the Review Certificate printed raw member ids ("Sam Supervisor (1200096283021512387)"). They now show the name plus a human identifier - the member's email, else their job title - for the member and for every reviewer. Digests are labelled in plain language ("File fingerprint (SHA-256)", "Attestation wording fingerprint", "Package contents fingerprint"). displayNameOf no longer falls back to the member id (email, else "Team Member"), so no notice, list or certificate can print one.
