Clone shared-lib with GIT_CLONE_TOKEN (not registry token)

The registry token authenticates to the k1m1 Docker registry (htpasswd), not to Forgejo git, so the shared-lib clone failed auth. Use the Forgejo git token like the other Java services' CI.
