Nine departures. The plan's Spring claim was measured false, its sketched test was near-tautological, and its ServiceTrade-labels-are-new claim was wrong — there are now three copies of those fifteen labels. commerce_service_jobs still holds zero rows, and that is stated plainly: there are no orders, no commitments and no accepted quotes for the policy to fire on, so the path has never executed in production.
