Closeout: pages keep the nav's rights, the canvas tells the truth, and quieter sessions

Floor pages a typed address could reach now answer as the nav does, with a plain message, and a person a bell sent there still reaches what is theirs. The canvas says which steps a switch holds back instead of "Everything looks ready." The support count and egg claims stop asking for what the service refuses. Exec2Exec no longer covers a phone on sign-in. A person's Call card names who the caller works for, and Current Rate can start a stream. Three help articles fixed.
