A market names its answer in QUOTE_CONTACT_MODE (+ QUOTE_CONTACT_MEMBER_ID when that answer is one explicit person), and each quote keeps the contact it was raised with in **************** Both nullable with no default: a null mode reads as the assigned agent and a null snapshot falls back to it, so every existing market and quote is unchanged until someone chooses otherwise.
