QC engine (Phase 4 core): - VerifiedFact gains first-class EXTRACTION_CONFIDENCE, DOC_TYPE_CODE, QC_STATE columns (QcState: **************** Reconciliation now applies ONLY gate-passing facts (AUTO/CONFIRMED + non-extraction); low confidence waits for review, rejected never applies, corrected is superseded. - ExtractionCorrection = append-only labeled training data (doc, field, AI value + confidence, human ground truth, action). QcReviewService captures it on every confirm/correct/reject, mints a high-confidence OPERATOR_OVERRIDE on a correction, and reconciles. VerifiedFactRepository: QC-queue + reviewed-corpus queries. Extraction widening: - gift.* → Gift row (createGift added; kind=Cash Gift, source=Relative injected from doc type; AI reads amount + donor). tax return / Schedule C → self-employed Employment (employment.isSelfEmployed flag from doc type).
