Settles the CP00 final review's three IMPORTANT findings in the Task 12 brief: - CP00-FINAL-1: no live Enter-As. A same-org entry is a 400 before any audit (pinned by securityservice b24d88b), and the owner's only other membership is in the platform org. ENTER_AS is a recorded gap, proven by EnterAsAuditTest and ImpersonationAuditTest. - CP00-FINAL-2: restore sp00verify's chat policy as CP02-T6-2 did: deactivate the task's last version with one targeted UPDATE, wait 65 s, and expect NO_ACTIVE_POLICY_SET (pinned by mediaservice 422f915 and two cast-tools cases). - CP00-FINAL-3: adopt CP02-T8-5. The closing cast check must equal the opening one, with the team as the only drift until CP01 Task 27; never run a full cast ensure (pinned by three cast-tools cases; cast itself is unchanged). Spec §5.9, §6.3 and §7, plan Task 12; cast-tools.test.sh 38 -> 43 cases.
