A MORTGAGE market's lender profile (and its five config rows) was only created by the boot-time self-heal, so a market created while SecurityService was running had no profile until the next restart — and every MORTGAGE settings tab answered "no MORTGAGE lender profile for this organization". Harmony Home Loans hit exactly that: an active MORTGAGE market, created 2026-10-22, and no profile. Creating a MORTGAGE market now provisions the profile immediately **************** idempotent). It is best-effort: a failure does not fail the market, and the boot-time heal remains the safety net — which also repairs any market already in this state when the pods restart.
