- Your Organization's SI is chosen in ONE place (Daily Work). Email Triage and Automation Streams show it read only (member chip with photo) with a Change link; SI calls' switch no longer sends an SI. - SiFloorSettings split into its pages: Your Organization's SI, Briefings (cards + a guided five-step editor with the service's own number bounds and the checks a running briefing needs), Capture Inbox (bounded, early warning before the limit). - Channels: linked rows with live values for Email Triage, SI Calls, the mortgage SI switches (read only; owner-only loan access), the websites an SI answers and the IoT SI policy, each shown only to who may open its screen. - Web Chat Personas: one name everywhere; list as cards, gallery and studio moved under **************** — names, never ids; old /settings/ai/sales-agents routes removed, links updated, no redirects. - Live hub-card summaries for every Daily Work and Personal Assistant card. - Personal Assistant: Starting Settings / Limits / Who Gets What drill-ins on the kit (sticky save bar), tool areas grouped under plain headings with search. - Help tips, Help Center articles, tests.
