DisclosureLedgerConfig declares DisclosureRecorder; KBServiceApplication's @EnableJpaRepositories gains **************** in the same commit. DisclosureLedgerWiringTest drives Spring Data's registrar over the application's own annotation and fails when the scan entry is missing.
