DisclosureLedgerConfig declares the shared DisclosureRecorder as bean disclosureLedgerRecorder: the name disclosureRecorder is the EHR's §164.528 @Component, and a second definition under it refuses to start the context (ruling CP08-T5-1). **************** joins @EnableJpaRepositories in the same commit.
