The KamoInitializer run that ended at 18:51 PDT today logged LeadContactPointSeedRunner: complete — 795983 leads scanned, 1552381 contact points opened, 0 failed. Per the owner's direct instruction that no code may scan every lead in the system, this deletes the one-off backfill runner (LeadContactPointSeedRunner) and LeadCommsBeanConfig, the bean declaration that existed solely to support it and had no other consumer left in initializerservice. LeadContactPointService and the live write paths that seed new leads' contact points are untouched and keep running. AccountDateCreatedMigration's javadoc, which referenced the deleted class by name to explain an ordering hazard, is reworded to keep the same meaning without naming it.
