- POST **************** a Super Intelligence settings page sends its settings (what each is called, what values it takes, what it is now) and the person's words; one routed call (MEDIUM, SYSTEM metering as AUTHORING, PHI-eligible models for a PHI org) drafts new values, checked against the page's own settings (known setting, value of its kind, within its bounds, actually different), with why any other was left out. It only proposes: the page saves through its own API on the person's OK. People only, with a right that changes SI settings; never while the org's SIs are paused; 30 drafts a person an hour. - Spend Pace: the budget alerts gain an early warning, once per SI and month, when its month carried on at its pace passes its monthly limit while still under the 80% alert (after 3 days of the month), to the same supervisor, as the same AI_ALERT, on the same ledger (threshold 0).
