Records the measured current state (3.4 GB, 791 tables, 671 FKs, ~30 consumers), the five design decisions, and the cutover sequence. The two findings that shaped it: 520 columns default to unique_rowid(), which YSQL has no equivalent for, so a sequence-backed shim keeps every columnDefinition in the donotmodify shared library untouched; and the 16 TB RAID1 is on k1m1 at /mnt/backup, not k3m1 as previously recorded.
