16px to 32px. A terminal scrollbar is not chrome to be tucked out of the way — it carries four buttons that get pressed deliberately and a grip dragged over a long buffer, so the target is worth the pixels. Scaled rather than stretched. The thumb's inset is now DERIVED from the width instead of being a fixed 3px, so the grip stays at the same ~62% of the bar it was before rather than swelling to nearly fill it; the glyphs go 12px to 16px so they do not sit lost in the middle of a wider column; and the minimum thumb and the jog grip grow in step. Buttons go to 24px tall — enough to suit the wider bar without the four of them eating a hundred pixels of track on a short window. Rendered both modes to check the proportions actually held at the new size: the scrubbing thumb where the buffer is local, and the centred jog grip where the scrollback is tmux's.
