Draw the search icon down from the full-size mark instead of doubling the small one

The 192px icon Google lists was the 96px export with every pixel doubled. It is now downscaled from the 820px master, so its edges are drawn rather than stepped. Three stray white pixels in the master's empty green field were painted out first; the 96px export never had them. Same URL and declaration, 3.9 KB.
