Switching animate={...} to animate={tabControls} broke the entry animation: tabControls has no queued target on mount, so the button stayed at its initial { y: 100 } position (offscreen below). Added a useEffect keyed on widgetState that explicitly starts a y:0 transition whenever the widget enters the minimized state.
