Account schema no longer carries masterAccountHolder or per-member isMaster flags — those were removed alongside the Account-as-billing-principal refactor. AccountViewClient stops rendering the always-undefined "Master Holder/Email" rows and the per-member Master chip; AccountSearchDialog and accountsApi types follow suit, switching to the isPrimary field that SecurityService actually returns. Updates the @ts-nocheck headers on three legacy settings managers and the billing-owners page comment to drop the obsolete "BillingGroup API" phrasing.
