A radio group, not a switch — both are legitimate ways to sell, and neither is 'off'. Shows which is the default and what each does to a real charge: for a three-year quote at 10k/yr with a 5k setup fee, one bills 15k now and the other bills 35k. The billing key is omitted from the request entirely unless the user changed it. The server reads an absent key as 'leave unchanged' precisely so a vertical toggle cannot wipe the choice, and always sending the current value would have defeated that.
