Member-scoped record that a member has chosen to display external (remote) images for a specific message, keyed by member_id + normalized RFC Message-ID (unique). Follows the email_metadata member-scoped pattern (FilterRuleEntity). Backs the server-side "display external images" preference so the choice persists across devices and sessions. KamoInitializer creates the table on its next run.
