Replaces the Coming-Soon placeholder for the employment route with a full URLA Section 1d-1g editor. Per-borrower chip selector mirrors the declarations pattern; each employment row autosaves through mortgageAppsApi.patchEmployment with the same 800ms debounce. Card header surfaces the running monthly total (base + overtime + bonus + commission + military + other + self-employed net). Section 1g other- income rows live in their own list below.
