The button was disabled by canEnterOrg, which asks whether the VIEWER holds a usable membership — so it was greyed out for exactly the orgs it exists to reach, the ones you are not a member of. The System User has its own membership in every org; that is the whole point of the button. The tooltip beside it then blamed the domain for every unavailable Enter, which is how an org with a perfectly good domain (Tech-Life: active, DNS verified, certificate issued) came to read as "No domain is configured for this Organization yet". Both symptoms were the same bug, and the misleading copy is why they looked like two. Enter-as-yourself now names the membership that is actually missing. The workspace URL comes from the server, which is the side that knows whether an org's own domain has finished DNS and SSL; an org without a usable one opens on the platform host rather than a relative path, so it works from any workspace origin.
