The bulk relay logs the header against its queue id and strips it before delivery, so delivery results can be matched to the exact recipient row. The composer's tests also pin the rest of what a campaign message leaves with: the campaign's From address and name, each falling back to the bulk provider's; a display name that cannot start a header of its own; the unsubscribe mailbox on the domain the mail is actually from; and a Reply-To only when the campaign sets one.
