Reported unreadable, and it was. Four places went dark or coloured where the rest of the component is white on a dark ground: - The "Add 10 GB" button was #0b0b0d on a white plate — the one genuinely black thing in the panel, and the control it most wanted you to press. Now outlined: white label, white icon, white rule, and the fill only arrives on hover. - The critical badge INVERTED on every flash — white plate, red digits — so the reading went unreadable at the peak of the very pulse meant to draw the eye to it. It now pulses its background alone and the digits stay white throughout. - The hazard stripes alternated white and black. At eight pixels tall the black band read as dirt on the bar rather than as a hazard. White bars over the red fill, with the gaps left transparent. - The band ticks were a white hairline with a BLACK halo, the halo being the trick that kept them legible over a pale fill. 2px solid white instead, which needs no trick. The forecast line, the sparkline, the domain bars and the breakdown link were teal, amber, salmon and indigo. All white now: urgency is carried by weight and by the pill the member opened this from, which is already red, and a second hue only cost legibility. Every remaining secondary line was lifted off its old 0.45-0.6 alpha to a 0.72 floor, so hierarchy comes from size and weight rather than from fading text toward its background. The sparkline's <svg> also carried the default black fill. Nothing paints it while the polyline stays open, but it is one closed shape away from showing, so it is now fill="none" on both. Audited in a real browser rather than by eye: every element under .kmeter and #kmeter-flyout that paints text, an icon fill or a stroke, checked for luminance below 170. Zero remain.
