Replace the derived 'owns a SUBSCRIPTION market' heuristic with an explicit, admin-set ownership flag. A platform product (e.g. sign.pink) is a white-label product the platform operates and is its own entitlement root; a customer org — even one running its own SUBSCRIPTION market to resell to its customers — is not, and stays entitled to the platform. EntitlementRootResolver now reads the flag (plus the implicit top-level root) and no longer depends on market ownership. Adds is_platform_product column (BOOL DEFAULT FALSE) — requires KamoInitializer to create it before services that select Organization deploy.
