Expose city and subdivision in visitor geo lookup

- Extend GeoResult record with city and subdivision fields - Switch SupportTicketService.toDTO() to use GeoLookupService (IP-level lookup) instead of country-only geoLocationRepository, so city and subdivision are populated from the matching GeoLite block
